Beach Chairs and Toys: Located in the outdoor shed behind the outdoor
shower.......... use freely and enjoy! If a chair is broken, please
leave near the trash can so we can throw it out.
Cleaning: Don't forget to clean before you leave! There are cleaning
supplies under most sinks. Dust collects easily at the beach so feel
free to dust if you see a problem area. We have a lady that comes in
every Sunday to see if anything was missed so she can pick up. Her name
is Kathy in case you meet her upon check-in. Check out is 12noon,
Check in is 2pm.
Trash: Trash Days are Monday, Thursday and Saturday morning (early!) so
take the green can out the night before. Recycle Trash Can (brown) can be
put out Friday morning for a Saturday-only pickup. Be courteous to the
next renter and don't leave them with all the cans full.
Gas Grill: We have a new Weber Gas Grill - treat it kindly and clean it
well after you grill. If you have to get a new filled propane tank,
we'll be happy to reimburse you for the cost.
Phone: Beach House phone number is 252 261-0319. Please use for local
calling only and use your cell or calling card for long distance. We have
a phone jack in the Twin bedroom now for computer hook-ups! If you use
the master bedroom jack for your computer, please remember to plug the
phone back in when you leave.
Linens: Don't forget to bring your own linens - towels and sheets.
The bed sizes are: 1 Queen, 6 twins. If you would like me to supply your
linens for the week, you can add $50 to your rental fee and I'll be happy to supply them!
Let me know in advance!
Reminder - no pets! The beach patrol doesn't allow pets on the beach
from May-October and sand-fleas are abundant!
